Check-In Procedures
-We are required, per guidelines, to have a 15 minute buffer period between games. Game start times are scheduled accordingly.
-Teams and spectators will not be able to enter the facility until the gym has been emptied from the prior game.
-Please aid us in this process by promptly exiting the facility after your game through the South Fieldhouse doors.
-A tournament representative will notify those waiting outside when they are allowed to enter for the upcoming game.
-We are allowing one spectator admission into the facility per athlete – admission fee is $5 per day.

Safety Protocols Per Phase 3 Guidelines
-Teams must provide signed health attestation form (attached) at check-in for their first game of the tournament attesting to the health of all players and coaches
-Hand sanitization stations are located throughout the facility and at each score table

Mask Policy Per Phase 3 Guidelines
“Facial coverings required for all coaches, players who are not playing, and spectators”
-Facial coverings are mandatory for every person in the facility not actively participating in a game. This will be enforced and those not abiding will be asked to leave the facility.
-If you feel this will be an issue for you as a spectator we kindly ask you to enjoy the games via live streaming!
-Teams receiving multiple warnings about their coaches or bench players will be removed from the tournament.

Our goal is to continue to put on tournaments for youth athletes and we appreciate your help following these guidelines
